Learning & Development Manager
What are you going to do?
The purpose of this new position is to further develop our global and regional trainings- and development programs, including the Enza Academy, connected to the company’s vision and strategic goals. You analyse the learning needs of our organization and people, and translate it into the right learning strategy and interventions using new learning methods and technologies.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the worldwide process of on-boarding new employees and act as a sparring partner for HR and the business with respect to Talent Management and the development of people and teams. You will report to the Global HR-Manager.
MSc level with at least 8 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development in an international setting;
A track record of developing training and development programs;
Professional project- and change management skills and inspiring sparring partner for HR and (Sr.) Management;
Excellent communication skills in the Dutch and English language, able to communicate at all levels within the organization;
Affinity with the world of Enza Zaden and our highly motivated people.
