VACANCY – Learning Expert

INTRODUCTION

Want to be part of a leading international company in technology? Interested in advising subject matter experts in Development and Engineering on how to create learning interventions? Do you like to coordinate 10 to 15 learning projects at the same time? Do you look forward to combining stakeholder management and didactical expertise? Then ASML is looking for you as part of the Technical Training Centre.

JOB MISSION

As technology is developing at a high pace at ASML, engineers need to continuous learn new technical knowledge and skills. Your mission is to advise and support the experts from the business on how they can create the best learning interventions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

With a cup of coffee you’ll look at your agenda for today. A few meetings, two reviews and some time to work on your special project. First reply to my emails and then start with the review of a class-room training about the DUV light source. The training needs a different order and more interaction. You’ll email the engineer your suggestions, so he can finish it.

Got to make your way over to the main building for a meeting with the experts, that are developing an E-learning about Tooling Architecture. The vendor has created a first draft of the E-learning and the content is not completely right. After aligning with the team, it is exactly clear what the way forward is. When the team finishes the final content, you’ll instruct the vendor. You also have some ideas about a more engaging E-learning, which you want to discuss.

After the meeting you have a Skype-call with the learning representative of the software department to align if the different projects are prioritized correctly. As we can’t do everything at once, we need to focus on the most important ones first.

It is lunch time already. In the afternoon you’ll review the E-learning of Thermodynamics, do an intake for a new project, but mostly work on your special project. Currently this is researching and implementing a more agile way of developing learning interventions.
