Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Work Period: First contract 6 months, possible of extension.
We are seeking energetic, responsible administration assistant to join our growing organisation. In this position, you will be the strong support of our enthusiastic team with administration works, including HRM, Financial, and Documentation. The work starts with 0.4~0.6 FTE and you can chose your working hours every month. With the business growing, more hours can be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Human resources management;
- Financial, purchasing and inventory assistant;
- Documentation archiving;
- Improving administration process;
- Building up office culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficient of using different administration softwares and office applications;
- Prefer to have good Dutch Skills, and proficient in English;
- Team player;
- Active and enthusiastic about work;
- Eager to learn and grow;
- Strong communication skill;
